Rainbow Road is a retro race track from Super Mario Kart. It is the last track of the Special Cup. This track in particular also started the tradition of the Mario Kart series having Rainbow Road as the last course of the final cup. The track reappeared in Mario Kart: Super Circuit as the last track of the Extra Special Cup, Mario Kart 7 as the last course of the Lightning Cup, Mario Kart 8 (and Deluxe) as the second course in the Triforce Cup, and Mario Kart Tour in various different tours starting with Tokyo Tour.
