Inside the .ZIP, you will find 2 .nsbtx files, a .xdelta patch, and info.txt.
The patch is a MKDS ROM with Fire Waluigi preimported for you, but you have to patch it to a vanilla US ROM.
The 2 .nsbtx files are for if you wanted to have him in your own hack without the preimport.
