Inside the .ZIP, you will find 3 .nsbtx files, a .xdelta patch, and info.txt.
The patch is a MKDS ROM with Mr. L preimported for you, but you have to patch it to a vanilla US ROM.
The 3 .nsbtx files are for if you wanted to have him in your own hack without the preimport.

This was also my first texture hacked character :P
