Overview#

This is a recreation of Super Mario Sunshine's Blooper Surfing Safari level that takes place in the sewers of Ricco Harbor! It is complete with moving obstacles similar to what existed in the original version of this level in Super Mario Sunshine!

If Luigi is allowed to run on water in Super Mario 64 DS, why shouldn't racers be allowed to drive on water in Mario Kart DS?
